Have new motorcycle sales diminished in 2007?

Although official reports won’t be released until Friday, there are signs that new motorcycle sales could be down compared to a year ago.

In its just released second-quarter financial report, Polaris Industries said the overall motorcycle industry in North American has declined, although its Victory sales have increased.

The official second-quarter numbers are expected to be released by the Motorcycle Industry Council on Friday.
