V-SEPT Inc., a developer of sales and lead tracking software, and More Than Rewards, a developer of customer loyalty rewards products, agreed to partner and offer powersport dealerships an integrated customer loyalty rewards program, V-Loyalty, according to a press release.
Customers will now be able to earn rewards for shopping at the same dealership or qualifying sister dealerships through V-Loyalty, which will assimilate with most dealer management systems and with V-SEPT.
V-Loyalty provides a set of software gateways, which interface with the dealer management system. This capability allows cashiered sales to automatically update the customer’s account with points/rewards, which automatically generates gift certificates and coupons based on buying habits. The software gateway will also enhance the V-SEPT products by providing sales and customer information automatically from the dealer management system. Currently the gateway works with popular dealer management systems.
V-SEPT will be marketing and supporting the V-Loyalty product as part of its comprehensive set of sales tools.Click here for reuse options!
