Yamaha releases YZ 2008 models

Yamaha has released its new 2008 YZ line motocross motorcycles, which include four new vehicles: the YZ125, YZ250, YZ250F and YZ450F. The line has gone through an array of changes since the 2007 line, and is known for its combination of lightness and power.

The bikes feature weight-saving, front-end changes; shorter fork tubes by 5mm and both the four-stroke bikes have stiffer fork springs.

With an aluminum frame and compact engine, the YZ125 is lighter than other models. On the other end is the five-titanium-valved YZ450F, which was one of the originals of the four-stroke motorcycles, but the new advancements aim to keep the bike at the top.
