LeMans Corp. CEO Fox to retire

LeMans Corp. President and CEO Jeff Fox said in a letter to the industry that he is retiring from his current post, although he will remain on the corporation’s board of directors.

Fox has been president of LeMans, which includes Parts Unlimited and Drag Specialities, for 16 years and has been with the corporation for nearly 25 years. In the letter, Fox said retiring “was an extremely difficult decision to make, but one that I feel very comfortable with.”

Since he became president, LeMans’ annual sales grew from about $15 million to about $800 million, according to a Powersports Business story published last year.

Fox said he plans on remaining in Janesville, Wis., where LeMans is headquartered, and looks forward to spending more time with his family and “enjoying some hobbies I’ve had to put on the backburner, like riding my motorcycles.”
