Teobaldi has an extensive background in legal affairs, having previously been senior counsel with a Fortune 500 scientific healthcare corporation. She brings a range of experience in litigation, contract negotiation, intellectual property and mergers and acquisitions to Helmet House.

“She brings an outside perspective and extensive experience in many areas of the law, exactly the type of general counsel Helmet House needs now and in the future,” said Bob Miller, Helmet House president.

Teobaldi’s legal experience spans almost 15 years and she holds a degree from Pepperdine University’s School of Law, where she also now serves as an adjunct professor.
