New Harleys

Harley-Davidson expanded its Sportster, Dyna Glide and Softail motorcycle lines with the introduction of four new models for 2005. Eleven new color options and improved headlight technology also are among product enhancements offered for the Motor Company’s 2005 model year. The new FLSTN/I Softail Deluxe (above) features a black powder-coated rigid-mount Twin Cam 88B engine with chrome covers; wide whitewall tires around laced wheels; a chrome oil tank; shotgun exhaust; pull-back risers and handlebars; a chrome luggage rack and seat rail; Tombstone taillight; a distinctive headlight nacelle with clear-lens, reflector-optics; and a low 24.5-inch seat mated to an easily removable passenger pillion.
