Team Changes At Scheuring
Polaris snocross racer Carl Schubitzke will ride for the Amsoil/Polaris Scheuring Speed Sports team for the 2004-05 season, replacing long-time driver Justin Tate on the roster. Team owner Steve Scheuring said the 22-year-old Schubitzke signed a one-year contract with the team in mid-April. Schubitzke sat out most of the 2003-04 season with a wrist injury. Scheuring cited “consistency” for not renewing Tate’s contract. Tate joined the Amsoil team five years ago, and said he’s looking to drive for another Polaris team this winter.
