Suzuki reveals limited edition Z400

American Suzuki Motor Corporation recently announced the release of a Limited Edition ATV along with updates to two of its utility quads.
Coinciding with its factory-supported race effort behind Doug Gust, Suzuki released the QuadSport Z400Z Limited Edition with custom graphics and mechanical upgrades. The 2004 Z400Z LE has a yellow-and-black bodywork and colorful red, yellow and orange graphics. The company’s top-selling adult sport quad also has new components that racers and high-performance fans should appreciate. Engineers redesigned the drive chain assembly to create a quicker adjustment; a new, two-segment rear subframe now has a detachable grab bar and was added to simplify maintenance, and a new muffler, according to Suzuki, gives it a more desirable four-stroke exhaust sound. The Z400ZLE will retail for $5,899 and is scheduled to arrive in dealership in April.
In other Suzuki quad news, the company says the Vinson 500 4×4 (MSRP:$6,399) and Vinson Automatic 500 4×4 (MSRP: $6,599)— both of which shipped in February—received a new digital fuel gauge for 2004.
