ProQuest to aid Tecumseh Engine
ProQuest Media Solutions, a unit of ProQuest Company (NYSE:PQE), said it has been selected to create a Tecumseh-branded electronic parts and service catalog (EPC) system for Tecumseh Products Company’s (Nasdaq:TECUA) Engine & Transmission Group. Media Solutions EPCs will be available to more than 12,000 Tecumseh Engine & Transmission dealerships beginning this fall.
The Media Solutions parts and service application will enable dealers to view online parts and service data, provide connectivity to the dealer’s business system as well as provide access to product bulletins, pricing, updates and technical manuals.
Orbital offering fully subscribed
Orbital Engine Corporation Limited (NYSE:OE), Perth, Australia, said it has successfully completed its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced in June. The Share Purchase Plan was fully underwritten by Paterson Ord Minnett.
The company said it expects to raise approximately $3.5 million, at an issue price of 12 cents (Australian) per share.
Coupled with the recent capital raising of $2.8 million through a placement to institutional shareholders, Orbital has raised approximately $6 million (net of expenses) which will be used for working capital purposes. All figures are in Australian dollars.
Orbital is a international developer of engine technologies using direct in-cylinder fuel injection and lean-burn systems for enhanced fuel economy and lower emissions.
