Liz KeenerIn 16 days, the PSB team will be in the North Hall of the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, kicking off the 2016 Powersports DEALER Seminars @ AIMExpo. We hope you’ll be there with us as well.

2016 marks the fourth year the team at PSB has developed the dealer education for AIMExpo. We at PSB and the crew at AIMExpo team up to offer you these two days of free education because we know not everyone has time to take a marketing class at their local community college or brush up on the latest business course offered online. But our hope is that if you can take a few days out of the dealership, we can provide you with education that directly affects you and your business — delivered by speakers who know the powersports business intimately.

And we’re careful to make sure that you’ll appreciate the ROI you’ll see after implementing ideas you picked up at AIMExpo. We know it costs money to get to AIMExpo and book a hotel room for a night or two, but we’re confident that that investment will be well worth it, if you go back and truly implement a few things you learned from the Powersports DEALER Seminars.

For example, Mark Mooney will teach you how to save money and make more in his Powering Profits session “We Used to Do That — The Sequel.” Jim Jabaay will help you reach more customers and increase sales in “Classified Marketing Doesn’t Have to be Frustrating.” Rob Greenwald will show you how to increase you F&I penetration in “Performance F&I Strategies for Gen Y and Beyond,” and Tim Woodsome could prevent you from losing your dealership altogether in his session “The Dealership I Owned Just Went Out of Business, and Here’s Why.” And I could go on and on. Each session is specifically designed to teach you how to save money or make more at your dealership, by attracting new customers, refining your processes, defining staff roles and more. Dealers have told us year after year how these two days have greatly increased their bottom line.
